Living in a house at school has put a new twist to my perspective on life: money is fast spent and makes working the streets more intriguing (joke, joke).
As of right now, UCLA is looking pretty good! Very close to home and with a resident tuition, it looks even better.
Interests? The problem is there are too many. Jewelry, art, architecture, interior/landscaping design, inventing. You'll see a common subplot of all these interests, but unfortunately designers don't make bank. I just want to be comfortable in the financials! Dammit!
The only job experiences I take to heart was a summer camp I worked at because it was fun and being paid was awesome. Secondly, an internship/job I've had with a jewelry designer for 2 summers in Venice, CA. I love it, and I get to see how it's created, mass produced, sold, and appear in magazines like Vogue. On the other hand I've dabbled in business (oy), interior design, and architecture. I don't find the office atmosphere enticing unfortunately.
In a nut shell, I have no idea what I want to do in life.
Whatever I do, I just want to be taken seriously.
I could really use some suggestions and direction. Maybe one day I'll have the cajones to just say "screw it, I'm going to do what I want."
With a smidge of direction but no pathway (yet), until next time dolls.
