Rescue Remedy

We're all familiar with a Pizookie from BJ's. I decided the other night I would make my own rendition, courtesy of a googled recipe. Here are my efforts, and let me just say, it was DELISH:

Now that you're telling your self "I want this so bad," here's the recipe I used from instructables.com:
2 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
3/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
1 cup packed brown sugar
1/2 cup white sugar
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
1 egg plus 1 egg yolk
2 cups semisweet chocolate chips

Preheat at 325.
Mix it all up and put it into two pie tins.
Cook for 15-17 minutes.

Ice cream, whip cream, chocolate sauce, caramel sauce, sprinkles, or whatever you like can go on top.

There is currently a rumor going around Brandeis that Lil Wayne died. I'm hoping it's false. Time to consult Perez.

In other news:
This has been the week from hell. I had a midterm in Asian Art History on Tuesday, as well as a 7 page History of Fashion paper due that same day on department stores. Today, I turned in a sociology paper on Kindergartners and how they develop their "self."
It's all a bunch of blabbery, really.
Nothing fun, except I found a bar that sells Corona Light for $5. That is a find!

Peace, Love, and Happy eating,
P (Boston)
